Vol-au-ventswithcrème patissière and fresh raspberries.
Using the same puff pastry for the mille feuilles, I have made some Vol-au-vents. I filled them withcrème patissière and topped with a whole raspberry.
Le Petit Four- Welcome to my blog. I am keen on baking my own pastries as I find those in the bakeries and supermarkets unhealthy and laden with transfats. I am unable to find any suitably healthy snacks; thus venturing into this delightful task of baking.
