Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Course

Enjoyed this interesting course at BIY :
I learnt basic techniques from preparation of icing, method of icing the cake to decorating the cake.
For decorations, I learnt to create icing drop flowers, rosettes, shells, pompom flowers, leaves, shaggy mums, and the ribbon rose. We also decorated cookies and cupcakes.
