Baked this cake for my son's birthday. It is made up of layers of almond sponge cake (Joconde in French), coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and topped with chocolate glaze.
Le Petit Four- Welcome to my blog. I am keen on baking my own pastries as I find those in the bakeries and supermarkets unhealthy and laden with transfats. I am unable to find any suitably healthy snacks; thus venturing into this delightful task of baking.
