This Christmas, I have baked the traditional Christmas mincemeat pies.I used the mincemeat filling from Robertson's. The mincemeat is a mixture of dried fruits and spices such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Le Petit Four- Welcome to my blog. I am keen on baking my own pastries as I find those in the bakeries and supermarkets unhealthy and laden with transfats. I am unable to find any suitably healthy snacks; thus venturing into this delightful task of baking.
