French Earl Grey Tea cookies

Everyone in my family loves French Earl Grey Tea so I decided to bake cookies using our favourite tea.
This recipe is adapted from Martha Stewart's Earl grey tea cookies.
The cookies tasted delicious and so I started making variations from this basic recipe.
Using this recipe, I have also made Chai cookies and strawberry cookies.
I used freeze dried strawberries in my strawberry cookies.

Mary Berry's White Chocolate  
Raspberry Cheesecake

This is adapted from Mary Berry's recipe.
It has a chocolate biscuit base.
The filling is a combination of white chocolate and cream cheese which makes it so delicious.
It is then topped with fresh whole raspberries and glazed with raspberry jam.
