In Taiwan, gingerbread houses made from real gingerbread seem to be the most popular decorations for Christmas.
They are seen in most hotels I visited; and they smell wonderful too.

The Fault In Our Stars Fondant cake

The fault in our stars is a book written by John Green, an American author.
This is my daughter's favourite book, so I decided to make a fondant replica of this book for her birthday.

Her other interests are also incorporated in this cake and she helped in making these items.
