This is an Espresso walnut cake.I baked this for my brother's birthday.It is a two layered cake with chopped walnuts and flavoured with espresso.
Both the frosting and filling are espresso cream using mascarpone.

My family loves blueberries and I have made a couple of bakes using blueberries like blueberry tart, muffins and this blueberry-lemon bundt cake.
I love bundt pans because they produce beautiful cakes of different shape and design.This bundt pan is just a simple fluted design.The lemon icing gives a very refreshing tangy taste.My husband loves this cake and this was a good bake.
