Berry Berries Tart

Inspired by a fruit tart recipe from Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook , I decided to bake this Berry Berries Tart.I like this recipe because it uses a rectangular tart pan that is 14-by-4 inches in size.
Putting the berries together in this uniquely long tart is a joy and an art as well.

Tiramisu Charlotte Cake

This Italian delight has a thick layer of rich filling of Mascapone cheese,
cream cheese and heavy cream sandwiched between 2 layers of Genoise sponges.
The sponges are flavoured with coffee syrup and Kahlua(coffee liqueur).
The cake is topped with another layer of cream and chocolate shavings.
Mocha flavoured wafer rolls lined the border.
